1. Stretch flow with glutes + legs challenge 21mins || mat, pilates ball (cushion/ towel) + small rolled towel
2. Body stretch + activate side body, glutes + core 23mins || mat, long band + loop band
3. Whole body workout 23 mins || mat, long band + ball
4. Mobilise + challenge 24 mins || mat, long band, loop band, ball & 2x small weights
5. Mobilise + engage trcieps, core + legs 21mins || mat, long band, loop band + ball
1. ABS + core 14mins || mat, long band, ball + cushions
2. Shoulders, arms + upper spine || mat, loop band + 2x small weights
3. Low back, glutes + legs || mat, loop band + long band
Body stretch, lengthen + relax 18mins || mat + cushions
1. Breath work session 10 mins || mat, cushions + long band
2. Pause, affirm + embody feel good energy 20mins || mat, ball + long band / scarf/ belt
1. pelvic floor exercises 11mins || mat + cushion
1. Low back and pelvic girdle pain
2. Perineal massage guidance - from 34 weeks gestation (provided pregnancy is low risk)
